How do I book Curbside Hoops for my event?

You can reserve your event by contacting us directly or submitting a booking request. A deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

What is the rental rate?

Our standard rental includes the Curbside Hoops mobile arcade trailer with multiple basketball shooting games. Please contact us for current rates and package options.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to move your event to another available date.

What happens in case of rain or snow?

Curbside Hoops will be there at your event rain or snow. Our trailer is designed for outdoor use in most weather conditions. If conditions become unsafe, we will work with you on alternative arrangements.

Do you deliver to any location?

Yes — we deliver within our local service area. Events outside our standard radius may include a travel fee.

Can the mobile arcade be set up indoors?

Indoor setups may be possible depending on the venue space, ceiling height, and access clearance. Please confirm details with us in advance.

How much space is required for setup?

You’ll need a space large enough to park and safely operate the trailer. We will confirm exact space requirements during booking.

Do you provide staff during the event?

Our team will arrive early to set up the trailer and review the rules and equipment with you. The arcade does not require active supervision, but we remain available for support if needed.

How many basketballs are included?

We provide 20 basketballs for each event. Any basketballs that are lost or stolen will incur a $35 replacement fee per ball.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment, including cash, card, and electronic payments. Full payment must be received 7 days before your event.

Is there an age limit for participants?

Curbside Hoops is fun for all ages. We recommend adult supervision for younger children.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons and holidays.
