Services

Curbside Hoops provides mobile basketball arcade rentals for events, including delivery, setup, operation (if applicable), and equipment removal.

Booking and Payment Terms
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event
  • Full payment may be required for bookings made within 7 days of the event
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking
Cancellation and Rescheduling
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling may be permitted with reasonable notice and subject to availability
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds
Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide adequate space for setup (minimum trailer clearance required)
  • Ensure a safe and accessible setup location
  • Supervise all participants during the event
  • Follow all safety rules provided by Curbside Hoops
    The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and participants.

Equipment Use and Restrictions
  • No food or drinks are permitted in or around the equipment
  • Equipment may not be moved, altered, or tampered with
  • No climbing, standing, or misuse of arcade units
  • Only authorized personnel may operate equipment
    Curbside Hoops reserves the right to suspend services without refund if rules are violated.
Overnight and Multi-Day Rentals
  • Equipment may be secured with locks and/or monitored
  • The client assumes responsibility for the equipment while on-site
  • Any damage, theft, or loss is the responsibility of the client
Damage, Loss, and Additional Fees
  • Client responsible for damage beyond normal wear
  • Basketballs charged at $35 each
  • Additional cleaning/misuse fees may apply
Weather Policy

Events will proceed in most weather conditions. Services may be delayed, canceled, or rescheduled if unsafe.

Limitation of Liability
  • No liability for injuries
  • No liability for property damage
  • No liability for delays
    All services provided ‘as is’
Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Curbside Hoops from claims arising from use of services or participants.

Third-Party Use Restrictions
  • No subleasing or transferring
  • No re-wrapping or modifying equipment
Intellectual Property

All branding and materials are owned by Curbside Hoops.

Force Majeure

Not responsible for events beyond control (weather, disasters, etc.)

Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time.
